If you want to take part in our Keyworth Patient Experience Survey, simply click the question mark image to be taken to our survey.

We will regularly review the replies to ensure we are providing the best care possible to our patients.

You do not need to provide any personally identifying within this survey but we would appreciate it if you can answer the questions as fully and as honestly as you can - this means we can ensure all our cohorts of patients are receiving the same level of outstanding care we aim to provide.

The survey is not intended as a route to make formal complaints, if you wish to make a complaint please follow our complaints policy found at the bottom of the webpage.

You Said, We Did...

  • Our patients asked for easier access to SystmOnline from the homepage of the website, so we added this to our main menu bar.
  • Our patients asked for Village Health Group to use modern methods of reaching out to patients, so we created our Facebook and Twitter social media pages to keep patients (who may not otherwise have known about any recent events) up to date.
  • Our patients asked us to keep them up to date with recent rules and changes to appointments this past year, so we have been updating patients regularly via social media, the website news blog, text messages, phone calls and letters.
  • Our patients wanted their say about Village Health Group as a whole so we now have a newly merged PPG (patient participation Group) aimed at raising and discussing any concerns and news which may be a valuable asset to how our surgeries run.
