Receptionist / Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.

Village Health Group is located in 4 sites across South Rushcliffe and currently serves 25,637 patients. We are looking to recruit two confident and dynamic people to greet patients and answer telephones in a professional and courteous manner, direct calls, take messages, and provide a first class service to patients of the Practice. The successful applicants would be required to work 37.5 hours per week.

  • Monday – Church House 07:45 – 13:00
  • Tuesday – East Leake 07:45 – 18:00 (1 hour lunch)
  • Wednesday – East Leake 07:45 – 17:30 (1 hour lunch)
  • Thursday – East Leake 07:45 – 17:30 (1 hour lunch)
  • Friday – East Leake 13:00 – 18:30

They would also need to be able to travel to all of our 4 sites, so access to transport will be essential.

The successful applicants will need to have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, flexibility to meet the needs of the organisation, be IT literate and have a desire to grow and succeed within the organisational structure.

A background in a related administrative role would be useful but is not essential but a desire to learn is a must. Training will be provided to the right candidate and previous applicants need not apply.

Experienced Qualified Dispenser Vacancy

We are currently looking for an Experienced Qualified Dispenser to work in our Dispensary Team.

The role will be based mainly at our Keyworth branch, but the successful candidate will be required to do some sessions at our Sutton Bonnington branch also.

The role will be 25 – 30 hours per week.

The successful candidate must be able to work between the hours of 8am and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Salary Negotiable depending on experience.

Patient Participation Group Applications Available

This volunatary role is aimed at any of our patients who would like to have regular input about the way the surgery operates day to day.

The group currently holds virtual meetings regularly to discuss important topics and give the surgery advice and views from a patient standpoint to help better the service for other patients.
